Over his 15+ years as a lawyer, Chris has assisted manufacturers around the world in developing risk management strategies, and further led the insurance program of a global medical device manufacturer. Chris has presented nationally on risk management and insurance issues, and also created and taught the Drug & Medical Device Law class at the University of Notre Dame Law School.
More recently, Chris graduated from the University of Oregon’s inaugural Sports Product Management master’s program. During this intensive 18-month program, focusing on the value chain in the athletic and outdoor industry, Chris also had the opportunity to spend ten weeks in Vietnam with a Nike footwear manufacturer working with senior executives on global trade and business risk strategies.
These combined skill-sets, education, and experiences have put Chris in a unique position to guide brands and product manufacturers through complex insurance and risk management scenarios. In his spare time, Chris likes to write children's poetry and play the ukulele.

Outside the office, Garetta embraces the craziness of being a mom to three amazing boys.
